What’s the return period?
Can I get a refund?
Sure! if you have received an incorrect or faulty piece (btw, sorry!) and you would like a your money back, that is no problem at all—we are happy to help. Just let us know about the issue and request a refund in the ‘what’s the problem?’ area when submitting your details for return.
Does jeshu pay return postage?
Yes! jeshu will cover the postage cost of returning an incorrect or faulty item (no refunds for change of mind or error purchases though, sorry!). Once your refund has been organised, send the item back with your completed return form and parcel receipt, and we will refund your shipping costs when it arrives.
I changed my mind, can I still get a refund?
No refunds for change of mind, sorry! But you can still return it for a store credit (earrings excluded, sorry). Just let us know that you’ve changed your mind, and request a store credit in the ‘what’s the problem?’ area when submitting your details for return. Just so you know, we don’t cover the cost of return postage for change of mind.
I ordered the wrong size, can I get a refund?
No refunds for error purchases, sorry! But you can still exchange it for the right size, or return it for a store credit.
